BOOK EXHIBIT

The Convention Book Exhibit will be in the Pershing Exhibition Hall on the lobby level of the Hyatt Regency Crown Center. Admission will be by registration badge only. Hours of the book exhibit are:

Friday, November 1 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday, November 2 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday, November 3 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

PUBLISHERS' BEVERAGE BAR

The Book Exhibitors will host a publishers' beverage bar, 12:00 Noon - 1:00 PM, on Friday, November 10, and 12:00 Noon - 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 11. Coffee, soft drinks, and other non-alcoholic beverages will be offered at no charge to registered convention participants attending the book exhibit during the mid-day break.

EMPLOYER INTERVIEW SPACE RESERVATIONS

Employers should reserve interview space by October 15; provision for unscheduled use cannot be guaranteed. Interviews will be held Thursday through Sunday, October 31 - November 3. The Interview Room is available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for two hour time slots Thursday through Saturday, and from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon on Sunday. Job announcements should be submitted to the Convention Manager by October 15, so they may be included in the ASA's Employment Opportunities Supplement.

Interested job candidates may send two copies of their vita to the Convention Manager, at the Office of the Executive Director, by October 15, 1996. These will be compiled and made available at the convention to employers who may have job openings now and in the future. Please note that while the ASA is happy to serve as a clearing house for job information, we cannot schedule interviews for candidates. All interviews must be arranged directly between the employer and job candidate.
